SE Systems Office Fit Out
JK Services completed the full electrical installation for SE Systems’ office fit-out, delivering a modern, efficient workspace tailored to the client’s requirements.

Dunnes Stores Patrick Street Café
JK Services was proud to deliver the electrical installation for the new café at Dunnes Stores, Patrick Street, Cork.

Wendy’s, Mahon Point
JK Services was appointed to complete the full electrical installation for the new Wendy’s restaurant at Mahon Point.
Our works included mains distribution, lighting, power, emergency lighting, communications cabling, fire alarm, CCTV and access control systems, delivering a complete electrical solution from installation through to testing and commissioning.
Lee Garage, Model Farm Road
JK Services was appointed to deliver the complete electrical installation for the new Lee Garage (Corrib Oil) development on Model Farm Road, Cork.

Industrial & Infrastructure
Munters Corp Ireland Ltd, Little Island
JK Services completed a range of electrical works at the Munters facility in Little Island, including control cabling, power installations, containment systems and generator connections.
The project also involved electrical modifications, testing and commissioning to support the site’s operational requirements, with all works delivered safely and efficiently.
Limerick Tunnel Lighting Upgrade
JK Services completed a major LED lighting upgrade within the Limerick Tunnel, replacing tunnel lighting panels during planned night works to minimise disruption to road users.
Working in a live infrastructure environment, our team delivered the project safely, efficiently and to the highest professional standards, helping to improve the tunnel’s lighting performance and energy efficiency.
Aghada BESS 2
JK Services completed electrical works at the Aghada BESS 2 Battery Energy Storage System for Fluence Energy.
Our team carried out installation works, busbar protection, system modifications, inspections and final site close-out activities, supporting the successful completion and handover of the facility.
Cloncreen Wind Farm
JK Services carried out specialist electrical works at Cloncreen Wind Farm for Fluence Energy, supporting the commissioning and completion of the Battery Energy Storage System (BESS).
Our team completed low voltage distribution panel testing, electrical inspections, busbar protection installations and commissioning activities, helping to ensure the system was safely prepared for operation.

Lidl Ireland – Electrical Testing & Compliance
JK Services carries out ongoing electrical testing and maintenance for Lidl stores throughout Ireland, including Fixed Wire Testing (FWT), Periodic Inspection Reports (PIR) and thermographic inspections.

Dunnes Stores – Planned & Reactive Electrical Maintenance
JK Services delivers Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical maintenance for Dunnes Stores throughout Munster, ensuring stores remain safe, compliant and operational.
Our facilities management services also include Fixed Wire Testing (FWT), Periodic Inspection Reports (PIR) and emergency lighting inspections where required.
Fire Alarm & Security
Monterey House – Fire Alarm, CCTV & Security Installation
JK Services completed the fire alarm and security installation at Monterey House in partnership with HG Construction.
The project included the installation, wiring, commissioning and certification of a wireless addressable fire alarm system, CCTV infrastructure and intruder alarm systems, delivering a fully integrated life safety and security solution for the development.
